1. Eligibility & Account Access

Access to the Ceferina B2B catalog is reserved for verified wholesale buyers, hotels, boutique retailers, and hospitality procurement teams. To request access, send an email to info@ceferina.com. Access credentials are non-transferable and exclusive to the registered buyer.

2. Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)

A minimum order of 3 units per SKU (color/size combination) is required. Orders below MOQ will not be processed. Unit increments above MOQ must also be placed in multiples of the stated minimum per SKU.

3. Pricing & Currency

All B2B prices are listed in USD and are exclusive of shipping, customs duties, and local taxes. Prices are valid for the current season and subject to change without prior notice. Special pricing for volume orders is available upon request.

4. Payment Terms

Payment is required in full prior to production commencement via international wire transfer (MT103). No order enters production until payment is confirmed and reconciled. A copy of the MT103 transfer confirmation must be submitted to info@ceferina.com.

5. Artisanal Variation Tolerance Policy

All Ceferina products are handcrafted by Argentine artisans using natural fibers and traditional dyeing techniques. As a result, each piece is inherently unique. Buyers acknowledge and accept the following tolerances:

  • Color: Up to ±10% variation from reference samples due to natural dye batches.
  • Dimensions: Up to ±5% variation in length and width due to hand-weaving and hand-knitting processes.
  • Texture & Finishing: Minor differences in surface texture and fringe finishing are inherent to artisanal production and are not considered defects.

These variations are a mark of authenticity and craftsmanship, not manufacturing errors.

6. Intellectual Property

Buyers may use Ceferina's product photography and brand assets exclusively for the purpose of selling Ceferina products in their channels. No modification, rebranding, or sublicensing of imagery or brand elements is permitted.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Argentina. Any disputes shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of the Ordinary Courts of the City of Buenos Aires.

By placing a B2B order, the buyer confirms they have read, understood, and agree to these Wholesale Terms & Conditions.
