SHIPPING AND DELIVERY TIMES When will my order ship?

Shipping time depends on the availability of the selected product:

Products in Stock (Bestsellers): If the item is available in our boutique, shipping is processed within 48 business hours after payment confirmation.

Pre-order Products: As part of our slow luxury and artisanal philosophy, some colors or yarns are specially woven for you. These items have an estimated production time of 20 days.

Important note: If your order includes a product in stock, it is very likely that you will receive it much earlier than the Pre-Order timeframe.


Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship our parts from Argentina to the world via DHL. Transit times will depend on the final destination (United States, Mexico, Europe, etc.).

PRICES AND CURRENCY (ARGENTINA ONLY)

Why do prices vary in the shopping cart if I buy from Argentina?

Our international store is set in Dollars (USD) to offer global transparency. However, for our customers in Argentina, we guarantee the best possible conversion at checkout:

In-Store Conversion: The price in Pesos ($) you see while browsing is a reference calculated by an automatic currency converter.

Payment Transparency:
When paying through Mercado Pago, the Official Exchange Rate (BNA Buyer) of the day will be applied. This means that the final price in the cart is usually lower than what the website converter shows.

Are the products always identical to the photos?

UNIQUE PIECES POLICY. At Ceferina, we work with natural fibers (mohair, wool, cotton) and processes 100% handmade by artisans. As these are unique and limited-edition pieces, they may present minimal variations, which are the hallmark of authenticity for a luxury handcrafted product.
